Astley Hire is an independent, family run hire company with a proud history dating back to 1966. Our independence allows us to concentrate on providing our customers with quality equipment and excellent service.

Quality of our equipment

Our Company Policy is to constantly improve our overall quality by using our ISO 9002 Certification as a framework for improvement. We replace old equipment with new rather than constantly repairing. This directly benefits our customers, no problems due to old and worn equipment, higher performance with up to date specifications and increased confidence due to fewer breakdowns.

Excellence of our staff

To deliver excellent service we invest in the training of our Staff and have been awarded Investors in People status. All our staff are encouraged to participate in development programmes, including the Hire Industry Training Scheme for all Hire Counter and Workshop staff, leading to City & Guilds Qualifications.

Health and Safety

Our Company Policy is not only meet the latest Health and Safety Standards but to constantly try and improve our procedures when testing equipment and when issuing equipment. We have now achieved HAE SafeHire certification. Our customers can be assured we comply with the highest standards in the Hire Industry.
