Field Archery

The staff of Astley Hire recently spent a sunny July day trying the hands and arms at Field Archery.

Field Archery differs from target archery as you are involved in shooting at targets in a wood, these could be 2D or 3D targets.

You score points for the accuracy of your shots and the number of arrows used.

It is great fun and everyone enjoyed themselves.

The event was organised by Quinton Smith of Ye Olde Delph Bowmen. They are based at Hulton Park off New Brook Road, Atherton.
