Job description:

We are a Business to Business Service company, looking to expand.

We are looking for enthusiastic, hard working, self-motivated team members with excellent communication skills to form an essential part of our internal Sales development team.
Previous Customer service or Call Centre experience is essential for this busy role. You must be able to work on your own as well as part of a team and have excellent organisational skills.
You will be responsible for developing and marketing the company within a geographical area.
Working closely with a field based Business Development Executive creating sales opportunities to promote the companies services.

Main accountabilities:

Telephone, office based sales driven.
Appointment-making, working in conjunction with Business Development Executive.
Ensure achievement of targets.
Efficient communication between internal and external parties.
Despatch of sales catalogues.
Log all activities on our CRM database, and update and maintain as required.

Full training will be given on our product range.

Skills required

Minimum 2 years telesales experience

Experience in working within a business to business environment

Must have excellent telephone manner and present confidence over the phone to prospects

IT literate and able to swiftly and accurately enter details on a CRM database

Used to making a high level of outbound calls a day

Able to identify new business leads through fact finding and online activity

Self motivated with a desire to succeed

Team player - a desire to be part of our team and grow with us as our company grows

The Package

£16,000 pro rata depending on experience

Commission scheme with opportunity to earn very good bonuses.
Hours 9am to 5pm (1 hour unpaid Lunch)

Three month initial contract with a view to going permanent

Holiday initially 20 days pro rata plus statutory bank holidays

Flexible hours available

Start date beginning of August
